Services for Staff

Unitec Library staff are experts in information management. As curators of information and content we provide advice and knowledge solutions for our diverse and dynamic community.

Borrowing between Unitec and MIT libraries

Students and staff from Manukau Institute of Technology (MIT) and Unitec Institute of Technology may borrow library materials from each other's collections. This service allows students and staff from both polytechnics to borrow from a far greater range of material, under a reciprocal borrowing agreement.

Borrowing from other libraries is a privilege. By requesting this service, you are indicating your willingness to abide by the rules and borrowing policies of the library that is providing this service.

Please see the Borrowing between Libraries brochure for more information.

This is a pilot and we welcome feedback to library@unitec.ac.nz or call Anne Fowke, Customer Services Specialist (Distance learners and Interloans), (09) 815 4185 xtn 8677.
